Marketing Proposal

I was asked to create a proposal for BoostMySchool, an online donation platform for schools. The proposal outlined a plan to start increasing leads during the first month as a Lead Generation Manager.

As a start-up, BoostMySchool relies on brand recognition. I included the company logo and used a dynamic layout with brand colors. I placed the company’s mission on the cover, with relevant images and visuals.

Email Drip Campaign

I designed a sample email drip campaign that is effective in leading a prospect through their buyer’s journey. The goal of the campaign is to acquire new sign-ups for ActiveCampaign, a CRM and marketing automation SaaS company.

All three campaigns move a prospect down the funnel through the awareness, consideration and decision stages.

Website Redesign

Rice Memorial High School’s website looked dated in 2017 and did not encourage visitors to take action when landing on the Home page. The site’s bounce rate was over 80%. Rice was using the Blackbaud web platform, and the company had a $10,000 redesign fee.

I learned the backend of the platform through various online trainings and redesigned the site with the intention of converting visitors into inquiries. By making substantial changes to the Home Page, the new design decreased the bounce rate by 50% and increased for submissions by 25%
